Why "Love Monday"?

I used to dread Mondays just like everyone else—waking up feeling behind before the week even started, hungover and overwhelmed by my to-do list, and stuck in a cycle of anxiety and exhaustion. But after years of Day Ones, I decided I was done living for the weekends and just getting through the rest. Loving Mondays became my way of reclaiming my time, my mindset, and my life. It’s not just about the start of a new week; it’s about embracing every day with intention, joy, and a sense of purpose. When you learn to love Mondays, you’re really learning to love your life—free from the constant pressure, hustle, and self-doubt. It’s about creating a life that feels good, one choice at a time. And guess what? It’s possible. I’m here to show you how.

We're over halfway through January. Take a look around at your life right now—the career, the family, the house, the kids, the dog—are you thinking, Is this it? You’ve done all the things you were "supposed" to do, and yet... something still feels off.
Yeah. I felt that way too…every single Monday morning.
I felt like I checked all the boxes. Built the businesses, stayed married, raised my toddlers to teens, decorated my house with with a bunch of farmhouse shit I didn't even like... and still found myself awake at 3am wondering why I had everything and still felt ‘meh’. After all, wasn't I #blessed?

I gathered some of my gal pals that are experts in the nutrition, fitness, organization, mental health, resilience and business acumen. Together we discussed what it is to live life by your own rules, discover what you really want and take care of yourself first in order to achieve whatever goal it is you ACTUALLY desire...

Here we are again—another January, another wave of “New Year, New You” nonsense. Barf.
Can I just say this? We are all already enough. Seriously.
Listen, I am totally a resolution girl. I LOVE New Year's Day; a fresh calendar page, new dates on the checks I don't write anymore, the possibility of all my dreams coming true. But that's different than the bullshit bag of goods we get sold that we need to be something “more” than what we weren't on December 31st...
