Here’s how it works:

  1. Let’s have a little chat.

  2. We will have a 30-minute video chat to meet, explore your current situation and identify what would be most beneficial for you to focus on.

  3. When you decide when you’re ready to start, we’ll focus on a specific topic on each call or in-person visit – you choose. Of course, this becomes customized to suit you personally; we can skim over or go deeper into the areas that would be most beneficial for you.

  4. You’ll have after-session work between each call, and I’m available for questions between our sessions.

  • Not for the faint of heart.

    I may not be everyone’s cup of tea, and I consider that awareness a superpower of mine. I’m known to use colorful language, wear my emotions on my sleeve, and maintain strong boundaries.

    That being said, if you’re prepared to transform your current circumstances, no matter what they are, I’m here and ready to support you. However, you must be willing to fall down, get up, look stupid, embrace mistakes and laugh at yourself. If this resonates with your idea of an exciting journey, then I’m your girl.

  • How do you feel about self-care?

    The primary requirement for collaborating with me is that your top priority must be self-care, surpassing even your commitment to family, friends, work, routines, and yes, even Netflix (I’ll concede that Netflix can serve as a form of self-care, so stick around!). It’s essential to understand that self-care is not an act of selfishness; in fact, it’s quite the opposite. We’ve been deceived into believing that the busier we become and the more people we tend to, the quicker we’ll reach our goals, like the journey to Oz.

    In reality, the yellow brick road was symbolically constructed as a path to self-reliance. Dorothy always possessed the key within herself; she merely needed to believe in her own abilities. This represents the ultimate form of self-care, and together, we’re going to help you embark on that journey.

  • Coaching is a tool that is used to empower individuals and help them reach their goals; it is a structured conversation between the Coach and the Client.

    During a coaching session, we’ll walk side-by-side while working to reach your ultimate goal and aspirations. I will hold a non-judgmental space, listen to you, ask questions, find out what your challenges are and inspire you to reach that end goal.

    You will be encouraged to make decisions and take responsibility for these decisions.



  • Do you feel that currently you aren’t reaching your potential and feeling fulfilled?

    Is there a gap of where you are now to where you want to be?

    Do you sometimes feel you don’t have the skills, resources or confidence to get the life you want?

    Do you feel stuck and put off making decisions or fail to stick to those decisions you have made?

    Are you ready to entertain new and fresh ideas?

    Are you willing to be accountable for what you desire?

  • A coaching session is completely confidential. I agree and comply with the Coaching Code of Conduct. Only in extreme cases where there is intent to cause harm to yourself / others or criminal acts will confidentiality be breached.



  • To make sure that your time is being well spent you are expected to come to the session fully prepared and with a goal or aspiration in mind that you would like to work towards.

    Preparation is very important for the coaching session, so you are encouraged to spend 15 minutes prior to the session taking yourself to an environment where you will not be disturbed, maybe have a nice warm drink, feeling refreshed and relaxed prior to the start of the session.

    You will also need to bring an open mind.
